Effective November 1, 2025: Oklahoma Statute 28 O.S. §121 increases the rates for legal notices for the first time in 20 years. The new per-word rate is $0.22 for the first insertion and $0.20 for each additional insertion. For tabular material, the per-line rate is $1.10 for the first insertion and $1.00 for each additional insertion. A minimum charge of $25.00 per insertion also applies, along with a $5.00 notary fee for each notarized document. Please contact us for a quote and proof.
