NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL
Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Arlan Steers, a/k/a Maurice Arlan Steers, deceased, that on the 29th day of September, 2025, Ellen Steers produced and filed in the District Court of Dewey County, Oklahoma, a copy of an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Arlan Steers, a/k/a Maurice Arlan Steers, deceased, and also filed in the court a petition praying for the probate of the will and asking that Letters Testamentary be issued to Ellen Steers, and that the heirs, devisees and legatees of the decedent be determined by the court.
Pursuant to an order of this court, notice is hereby given that on the 23rd day of October, 2025, at 9:00 o'clock a.m. the petition will be heard at the Associate District Judge’s Courtroom, County Courthouse, Taloga, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
