TO THE KNOWN AND UNKNOWN SUCCESSORS, HEIRS, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, DEVISEES, TRUSTEES AND ASSIGNS OF NORLAN R. ABERCROMBIE, a/k/a NORLAN RUSH ABERCROMBIE, a/k/a RUSH ABERCROMBIE, DECEASED.

GREETINGS:

You and each of you are hereby notified that you have been sued in the District Court of Dewey County, State of Oklahoma, in Cause No. CV-2026-21 wherein Plaintiffs Names are ELDORA J. HORTON, DALEENE K. CALDWELL, and ROBIN A. MEYER and wherein the Successors, Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Legatees, Trustees and Assigns, both known and unknown, of NORLAN R. ABERCROMBIE, a/k/a NORLAN RUSH ABERCROMBIE, a/k/a RUSH ABERCROMBIE, Deceased, and the STATE OF OKLAHOMA ex rel. OKLAHOMA TAX COMMISSION, et al., are Defendants, and the Plaintiffs allege that they are the owner of and in possession of an interest in and to the following described real property, to-wit:

An undivided interest in and to the oil, gas, and other minerals in, under, and that may be produced from the following property situated in DEWEY and ROGER MILLS County, State of Oklahoma, more particularly described as:

Northwest Quarter (NW4) of Section 20, Township 16 North, Range 14 W.I.М., Dewey County, Oklahoma; and

South Half (S2) of Section 5, Township 13 North, Range 21 W.I.M., Roger Mills County, Oklahoma  (“Property”)

And you, the said Defendants, are further notified unless you answer said Petition of the Plaintiff on or before the 15th day of July, 2026 at 9:00 o’clock a.m., the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true, and judgment determining the heirs of NORLAN R. ABERCROMBIE, a/k/a NORLAN RUSH ABERCROMBIE, a/k/a RUSH ABERCROMBIE, Deceased, and quieting title to the above described interest in real property will be entered.
