NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION, APPOINTMENT OF CO-PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRS-AT-LAW

Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Erma Darlene Quattlebaum, Deceased, that on the 14th day of November, 2025, Doug Quattlebaum and Brady Smith filed a Petition praying for Letters of Administration to be issued thereon to Doug Quattlebaum and Brady Smith; that Doug Quattlebaum and Brady Smith be appointed as the Co-Personal Representatives of said estate; and that the heirs-at-law of Decedent should be judicially determined.

Pursuant to an Order of said Court, the Petition will be heard before this Court in the Courtroom, at Taloga, in said County and State, on the 17th day of December 2025, at 9:00 a.m., when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
