TO: THE CREDITORS OF AND TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF FERN SEYMOUR CRAWFORD, DECEASED.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Steven Wayne Seymour of 1420 13th St., Woodward, OK 73801, Petitioner of the Estate of Fern Seymour Crawford, Deceased (“Decedent” or the “Estate”) represented by Lacey L. Egbert and Myla C. Brown of Hartsfield & Egbert, PLLC, 764 N Santa Fe Ave, Edmond, Oklahoma 73003, has petitioned the Court for Summary Administration of the Estate.

Estate of Fern Seymour Crawford

Petitioner alleges that Fern Seymour Crawford, died testate on the 22nd day of April 2021, domiciled in Dewey County, Vici, Oklahoma. Petitioner alleges the total value of the Estate is less than $200,000.00. Petitioner further alleges that the names, ages, and last known addresses of the heirs, legatees, and devisees of Fern Seymour Crawford, so far as known to the Petitioner, are as follows:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Hearing will be held on the 6th day of May, 2026 at 9:00 o’clock A.M. at the District Courthouse in Dewey County, in Taloga, Oklahoma, before the Judge of the District Court.  At the hearing, the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition for Summary Administration and the Petition for Approval of the Final Account and for Determination of Heirs, Legatees and Devisees, and Distribution (collectively “Petitions”).  The Petition for Approval of the Final Account and Determination of Heirs, Legatees and Devisees, and Distribution will be filed herein on the or before the 16th day of April, 2026. 

Persons receiving this Notice must file any objections they have to the Petitions at any time before the Hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner in care of his attorney or you will be deemed to have waived any objections to the Petitions.  If an objection is filed before the hearing, the Court will determine at the Hearing whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the Estate will be distributed. Claims of creditors will be forever barred unless the claim is presented to Lacey L. Egbert, attorney for Petitioner, at the law offices of Hartsfield & Egbert, 764 N Santa Fe Ave, Edmond, Oklahoma 73003, no more than thirty (30) days following the granting of the order admitting the petition and combined notice.
