NOTICE OF HEARING AMENDED PETITION

FOR PROBATE  OF WILL AND PETITION TO APPOINT

SUCCESSOR PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE DUE TO DEATH

AND REQUESTING OTHER ORDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the estate of GERRY G. MOORE, deceased, that on the 20th day of March, 2026, Katherine Hicks produced and filed in the District Court of the County of Dewey, state of Oklahoma, an instrument in writing, dated the 16th day of April, 2018, purporting to be the newly discovered Last Will and Testament of said deceased (“putative will”), and also filed in said court an Amended Petition praying for the probate of said Will, and that Letters Testamentary issue to Katherine Hicks as successor Personal Representative, and that the heirs, devisees, and legatees of Gerry G. Moore be determined under the provisions of 58 O.S. Section 240, and requesting that the appointment of appraisers, and the filing in the District Court file of an inventory of the assets of this estate be waived.  A copy of the putative Will and said Petition will be mailed to all heirs, devisees and legatees known to Petitioner with this Notice.

Pursuant to an Order of said court, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 16th day of April, 2026, at 11:00 o’clock a.m., has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition and proving said Will, at the District Courtroom, in the courthouse, at Taloga, Oklahoma, in said County of Dewey, when all persons interested may appear and contest same as provided by law, and to assert their right as an heir, devisee, or legatee of Gerry G. Moore.
