TO THE CREDITORS OF HENRY CLAY “JERRY” SANDER, JR AND JULIA LEE SANDER, BOTH DECEASED:

All creditors having claims against Henry Clay “Jerry” Sander and Julia Lee Sander, both deceased, are required to present the same, with a description of all security interests and other collateral, if applicable, held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to Michael K. Nichols, Personal Representative, at the law office of Graft & Walraven, PLLC, PO Box 190, Weatherford, Oklahoma 73096, attorneys for Personal Representative, on or before the following presentment date: April 8, 2026, or the same will be forever barred. If the presentment date should fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, the presentment date is deemed to be the next succeeding day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday.
