NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF
WILLS, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE,
AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES, AND LEGATEES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estates of Henry Clay “Jerry” Sander, Jr. and Julia Lee Sander, both deceased, (collectively, “Decedents”) that on the 12th day of January 2026, Michael K. Nichols (“Petitioner”) produced and filed in the District Court of Dewey County, State of Oklahoma, two separate instruments in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testaments of Decedents (collectively, “Wills”) and also filed with the Court a Petition for Probate of Wills, Appointment of Personal Representative, and Determination of Heirs, Devisees, and Legatees (“Petition”), praying in part that the Court: (a) determine the identity of all heirs, devisees, and legatees of Decedents; (b) admit to probate the instruments presented as Decedents’ Last Will and Testaments; and (c) issue Letters Testamentary to Petitioner to serve as Personal Representative without bond.
Pursuant to an Order of this Court, notice is hereby given that the 5th day of February 2026 at 11:00 am has been appointed as the date and time for hearing the Petition and approving the Wills in the courtroom of the undersigned Judge of the District Court in the County Courthouse at 203 Broadway, Taloga, Oklahoma, Dewey County, State of Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
