AND PETITION FOR FINAL DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE

NOTICE is hereby given that Amanda Elizabeth Kuhr, Personal Representative of the Estate of Herman Hans Kuhr, Deceased, has filed in this Court a Final Report and Final Account, Petition for Order Allowing Final Account and Determination of Heirship, and Petition for Final Decree of Distribution and Discharge of said Personal Representative. The hearing of the same has been fixed by the Judge of said Court for the 19th day of November, 2025, at 1:00 o'clock p.m., at courtroom of the Dewey County Courthouse, at 104 W Ruble, Taloga, Oklahoma, and all persons interested in said estate are notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why the Final Account should not be settled and allowed, the heirs of said Deceased determined, said estate distributed and the Personal Representative discharged.
