NOTICE OF HEARING RETURN OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Douglas Hinshaw, Personal Representative of the Estate of Irene Ethel Hinshaw, deceased, (the “Decedent”) has made a Return of Sale of Real Property to this Court, and presented for confirmation, a sale by the Personal Representative to Ramiro Gutierrez and Karla A. Gutierrez, for the sum of $60,000.00, cash, under a power of sale granted in the Last Will and Testament of the Decedent, of the following described real property situated in Dewey County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:
Surface Only In and To: An undivided one-half interest in and to: A tract of land located in the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of Section 5, Township 19 North, Range 16 W.I.M., Dewey County, Oklahoma described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest Corner of said SE/4 of Section 5-19N-16W.I.M., thence North along the half section line running North and South through said Section 5, a distance of 521 feet to a point of where the South side of First Street of the Town of Seiling, Oklahoma, extended Westerly intersects said half section line, thence East along said South side of First Street extended Westerly 426.6 feet for the place of beginning, thence South 50 feet, thence East 132 feet, thence North 50 feet, and thence West 132 feet to the point of beginning; and also including the 1998 Oakwood Mobile Home, Model #3710, VIN HOTX10A03414AB, Oklahoma Title Number 68089833801B located thereon;
which Return of Sale of Real Property is on file herein, and that the 26th day of November, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., in the County Courthouse in Taloga, Dewey County, State of Oklahoma, has been appointed for the hearing such Return, at which time any person interested in said estate may appear and contest the same. Reference is hereby made to said Return for further particulars.
