APPLICATION FOR PARTIAL DISTRIBUTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the estate of Fred Holsapple, Deceased, that Sheila Miller, Judy Holsapple, Iris Manning, Susan Kindred, Blake Wickware and Bryce Wickware, being heirs of the estate of Fred Holsapple, Deceased,have produced in the District Court of Dewey County, Oklahoma, an Application for Partial Distribution (the “Application”) requesting this Court to approve the proposed partial distribution set forth therein.

NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that the 30thday of October, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. has been appointed as the time for hearing the Application in the Courtroom of the undersigned Judge in the Dewey County Courthouse in Taloga, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same. Reference is made to the Application for further particulars.
