NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of Karolyn Sue Hager, deceased, that on the 22nd day of May, 2026, Shawnda Ferbrache and Robert Shane Hager filed a Petition requesting that Letters of Administration be granted to Jeremy Ferbrache and Robert Shane Hager, that Jeremy Ferbrache and Robert Shane Hager be appointed Co-Personal Representatives, that the heirs of the decedent be judicially determined and that the Inventory and Appraisal be waived.
The Petition will be heard before this court at the Courtroom of the District Court at Taloga, in Dewey County, State of Oklahoma, on the 17th day of June, 2026, at 11:00 o’clock a.m., when and where all persons interested may appear and show cause, if any they have, why the prayer of said petition should not be granted.
