NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL

REPRESENTATIVE, AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP

Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Dana C. Cunningham, Deceased, that on the 28th day of April, 2026, Bart Watkins filed a Petition praying for Letters of Administration to be issued thereon to Bart Watkins; that Bart Watkins be appointed as the Personal Representative of said estate; and that the heirs of said Decedent should be judicially determined.

Pursuant to an Order of said Court, the Petition will be heard before this Court in the Courtroom, at Taloga, Dewey County, Oklahoma, on the 21st day of May, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
