NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRS-AT-LAW

Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Betsy May James, Deceased, that on the 27th day of April, 2026, Annie Chaddick and LeeAnn Wright filed a Petition praying for Letters of Administration to be issued thereon to Annie Chaddick and LeeAnn Wright; that Annie Chaddick and LeeAnn Wright be appointed as the Co-Personal Representatives of said estate; and that the heirs-at-law of Decedent should be judicially determined.

Pursuant to an Order of said Court, the Petition will be heard before this Court in the Courtroom, at Taloga, in said County and State, on the 27th day of May, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
