NOTICE TO CREDITORS, AND NOTICE OF HEARING  FINAL ACCOUNT AND PETITION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP, DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE

All creditors having claims against Beverly K. Morris, deceased, are required to present the same, with a description of all security interests and other collateral (if any) held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the named Personal Representative, at the Law Office of BILLINGS & BILLINGS, 1114 Hillcrest Drive, Woodward, Oklahoma 73801, on or before the following presentment date: May 26, 2026, or the same will be forever barred.

All persons interested in said estate are hereby notified that on the 11th day of June, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. in the District Courtroom of the Dewey County Courthouse, Taloga, Oklahoma, the Final Account And Petition For Determination Of Heirship, Distribution And Discharge will be heard and all persons interested in said estate are notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why said account should not be settled and allowed, the heirs, devisees and legatees of said deceased determined, said estate distributed and the Personal Representative discharged. The Final Account And Petition For Determination Of Heirship, Distribution And Discharge will be filed on or before the 5th day of June, 2026.
