AMENDED NOTICE FOR HEARING PETITION FOR ADMINISTRATION,
APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE,
AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES, AND LEGATEES
Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Janice M. Rise a/k/a Janice Marie Rise, deceased, that on the 16th day of September, 2026, Jayne Suzanne Haith filed in the District Court of Dewey County, Oklahoma a Petition praying for administration of the Estate of Janice M. Rise a/k/a Janice Marie Rise, and that Letters of Administration issue thereon to Jayne Suzanne Haith and requesting bond be waived, that no inventory be required, and that the Court determine the identity of all heirs, devisees and legatees.
Pursuant to an Order of said Court made on the 16th day of September, 2026, notice is hereby given that the 22nd day of October, 2026, at 9:00 o’clock, a.m. of said day has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition in the Courtroom of Judge Harrel in the District Court of Dewey County, Taloga, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
