NOTICE FOR HEARING PETITION FOR ANCILLIARY PROBATE OF A
FOREIGN WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, AND
OR DETERMINATION OF IDENTITY OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of MARY ELLEN JOHNSON, a/k/a MITZI JOHNSON, Deceased, that on the 2nd day of July, 2026,
KENNETH NORTON JOHNSON, by and through his attorney, Jorjana Marx, produced in the District Court of Dewey County, State of Oklahoma, instruments, in writing, purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of MARY ELLEN JOHNSON, a/k/a MITZI JOHNSON, Deceased, and has also filed a Petition in this Court praying for the probate of the Will, asking that Letters Testamentary be issued to KENNETH NORTON JOHNSON upon the Estate of MARY ELLEN JOHNSON, a/k/a MITZI JOHNSON, Deceased, and requesting this Court determine the identity of all the heirs-at-law, devisees and legatees of the decedent.
NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN that on the 29th day of July, 2026 at the hour of 1:00 o’clock PM, of that day, has been appointed as the time for hearing the Petition in the Courtroom of the undersigned Judge in the Dewey County courthouse, in the County of Dewey, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same by filing written opposition thereto on the ground of incompetency of the applicant, or may asset their own rights to the administration and pray that Letters be issued to them.
