COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING UPON

THE PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION AND FINAL ACCOUNTING 

DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP AND DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE

THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS TAKE NOTICE:

1.  On the 5th day of May, 2026, Petitioner, Ann-Marie Rector, filed herein her Petition for Summary Administration.

2.  On or about May 10, 2025 Decedent, Rebecca Loraine Christian, passed away.  At the time of her death Decedent’s address was 209 E Shultise Ave., Taloga, OK 73667.

3.  The name of the Petitioner is Ann-Marie Rector and her address is 208416 E 610 Rd., Vici, OK 73854.

4.  Petitioner has diligently searched for and failed to find any last will and testament of the Decedent.

5.  The names and addresses of the heirs at law are as follows:

Said persons are the only persons entitled to distribution.

6.  The probable value of the estate is $45,000.00.  The estate consists of “Lot Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9), and Ten (10) all in Block 25, Town of Taloga, Dewey County, Oklahoma.”

7.  The Final Hearing is set for hearing before Associate District Judge, Celo Harrel, on the 24th day of June, 2026 at 9:00 o’clock a.m.

8.  Any person receiving this notice or any interested party may file objections to the Petition for Summary Administration at any time before the final hearing and send a copy to Petitioner, Ann-Marie Rector, c/o Mike Stake, at his address of Michael F. Stake, P.C., 2207 Downs Ave., Woodward, OK 73801.

9.  If any objection is filed before the hearing the Court will determine at the hearing the names, addresses and relationship of all heirs at law, determine whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the estate will be distributed and to whom the estate will be distributed.

10.  The claim of any creditor will be barred unless the claim is presented to the Personal Representative no more than thirty (30) days following the granting of the order admitting the Petition for Summary Administration and combined notice.
