COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the estate of Robert Lee Bruner, deceased, (“Estate”) that on July 20, 2026, the Petitioner, Drake Elder Bruner, filed in the District Court of Dewey County, State of Oklahoma, a Petition for Summary Administration, Appointment of Special Administrator, and Admission of Will to Probate (“Petition”) pursuant to 58 Okla. Stat. § 245 et seq. in the above-styled case. The Petitioner alleges and states:
Robert Lee Bruner, deceased (“Decedent”), died testate on 24th day of February 2025. At the time of his death, Decedent was a resident of Hendersonville, Henderson County, State of North Carolina.
Decedent left a Last Will and Testament dated November 13, 2017 (“Will”), which has been duly proved, allowed, and admitted to probate by the Superior Court in and for Henderson County, North Carolina, in Case No. 26E000081-440.
The names and addresses of all heirs, legatees, and devisees of Decedent are:

The total probable value of the estate of Decedent situated in Oklahoma as set forth in the Petition is less than $200,000.
NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that the Court found that it should (a) dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law, (b) order notice to creditors, and (c) issue an order for hearing the Petition, the final accounting, and the petition for determination of heirs, devisees, and legatees, and distribution.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that September 17, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in the courtroom of the undersigned Judge in the Dewey County Courthouse located at 203 Broadway, Taloga, Oklahoma, has been set as the time and place for hearing the Petition, the final accounting, and the petition for determination of heirs, devisees, and legatees, and distribution, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same by filing written opposition thereto at any time prior to the hearing or that person will be deemed to have waived any objections to the Petition. At such hearing the Court will hear objections from all persons who timely file an objection and thereafter may issue an order (a) approving the Petition for Summary Administration, (b) finding that the Will has been proved as required by law, (c) admitting Decedent’s Will to probate, (d) allowing the final account, (e) determining the identities of Decedent’s heirs, devisees, and legatees as prayed for in the Petition, (f) distributing property of the Estate in accordance with Decedent’s Will, (g) discharging the Special Administrator, and (h) granting such additional relief as the Court may deem just and proper.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that all persons having claims against Robert Lee Bruner, deceased, are required to present the same with a description of all security interests and other collateral (if any) held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the named Special Administrator, Drake Elder Bruner, care of the law offices of Graft & Walraven, PLLC, P.O. Box 190, Weatherford, Oklahoma 73096, on or before the 24th day of August 2026, or the same will be forever barred.
