NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRS-AT-LAW, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of Sharon L. Metzler, Deceased, that on the 4th day of August, 2026, Charles Metzler produced and filed in the District Court of Dewey County and State of Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Sharon L. Metzler, Deceased, and also filed in said Court a Petition praying for the probate of said Will, that Letters Testamentary issue thereon to Charles Metzler, and that the Court determine the heirs-at-law, devisees and legatees of Sharon L. Metzler, Deceased, and that said Petition will be heard at the Courtroom of said Court in the City of Taloga, in said County and State on the 1st day of September, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. of said day, when and where all persons interested can appear and show cause, if any they have, why the prayer of said Petition should not be granted.
