NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION

FOR ORDER DETERMINING HEIRS, AND REQUESTING WAIVERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the estate of SUZY DAWN HICKS, deceased, that on the 11th day of June, 2026, KATHERINE HICKS filed in the District Court of the County of Dewey, State of Oklahoma, a petition praying for Letters of Administration to be issued to Katherine Hicks, as personal representative upon the estate of SUZY DAWN HICKS, deceased, and that the heirs of SUZY DAWN HICKS be determined under the provisions of 58 O.S. Section 240, and requesting that the appointment of appraisers, and the filing in the District Court file of an inventory of the assets of this estate, be waived.

AND pursuant to an order of said District Court, the 2nd day of July, 2026, at the hour of 1:00 p.m., in the District Courtroom, in the courthouse at Taloga, Oklahoma, in said County of Dewey, has been appointed as the time and place for hearing said Petition, when and where any person interested may appear and contest said petition as provided by law, or may assert his own rights to the administration and pray that Letters be issued to himself.
