DETERMINE HEIRS-AT-LAW, AND PETITION FOR DISTRIBUTION OF ESTATE

COMES NOW Thomas Wayne Carman, Jr. and Amanda Dawn Carman, Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of Thomas Wayne Carman, Sr., Deceased, having filed in the District Court of Dewey County, Oklahoma, a Final Account and reporting of their administration of said Estate, and a Petition for hearing thereof, and for determination of the heirs-at-law of the Decedent and for distribution of the property of said Estate.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the 13th day of August, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. of said day, at the District Courtroom at the Dewey County Courthouse in Taloga, Oklahoma, in said County and State, is hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing said account and said Petition, when and where all persons interested may appear and show cause, if any they have, why said account should not be settled and allowed, the heirs-at-law of the Decedent determined, and said Estate distributed.
