TO THE HEIRS, NEXT OF KIN, AND CREDITORS OF
W. CARROLL RIGG, Deceased:
You are hereby notified that a Final Account And Petition For Order Allowing Final Account, Determination Of Heirship, Distribution, And Discharge of Gene Cason was filed in the District Court of Dewey County, State of Oklahoma, in the Estate of W. Carroll Rigg, Deceased, to be granted; and that said Petition, the hearing of the same has been fixed by Judge Celo J. Harrel of Dewey County for November 12, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., in the Dewey County District Courthouse located at 203 Broadway, Taloga, OK 73667at which time and place the Court will take up such. Any person is to appear and show cause, if any they have, why said account should not be settled and allowed, their heirs determined, and said estate distributed and the Personal Representative discharged.
