PETITION FOR DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION, APPROVAL OF

ATTORNEYS' FEES, COSTS AND EXPENSES AND

DISCHARGE OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE

Sharla Seal, Personal Representative of the Estate of Wanda Duffy, deceased, having filed in this Court her final account of the administration of said estate and her petition for distribution of said estate and for final discharge of said Personal Representative;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the hearing on said final account be and the same is hereby set onthe 1st day of October, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 o'clock A.M., in the District Courtroom of the Dewey County Courthouse, 213 S. Broadway Str. Taloga, Oklahoma, and all persons interested in said estate are notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why said account should not be settled and allowed, and said estate distributed and the Personal Representative discharged.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that notice thereof be given by publication and by mailing a copy of this Order and Notice to all of the heirs, devisees and legatees at law of the deceased, as required by law.
