NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES
Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Irene Ethel Hinshaw, deceased, (“Decedent”) that on the 26th day of September, 2025 there was filed with the District Court of Dewey County, State of Oklahoma, an instrument purporting to be the Last Will & Testament of Irene Ethel Hinshaw, deceased, and there was also filed with said Court the Petition of Douglas Hinshaw praying that said will be admitted to probate; that Douglas Hinshaw be appointed Personal Representative of the estate of the Decedent, to serve without bond, and that Letters Testamentary be issued; and that the heirs, devisees and legatees of the Decedent be determined.
Pursuant to an Order of this Court, notice is given that the 30th day of October, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition, at the District Courtroom in the County Courthouse located in Taloga, DeweyCounty, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
