NOTICE TO CREDITORS; NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION AND ADMISSION OF WILL TO PROBATE, HEARING ON THE FINAL ACCOUNTING, AND THE PETITION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DISTRIBUTION OF ESTATE AND DISCHARGE
NOTICE IS HEREBY given to all persons interested in the Estate of JEAN S. DAY also known as JEAN SIMMONS DAY, JEAN SIMMONS RIVERS DAY, and JEAN ROBERTS SIMMONS, Deceased, that on this date, RICHARD DAY and CHARLES FORD RIVERS IV, who may be contacted through counsel at the address below, filed a Petition for Summary Administraton in the District Court of Dewey County, State of Oklahoma, attaching thereto an instrument purporting to be the Last Will and Testament (“Will”) of said Deceased, praying for the probate of said Will; that Letters of Special Administration issue to RICHARD DAY and CHARLES FORD RIVERS IV. Said Petition further prays that the heirs-at-law, devisees, and legatees of said Decedent be determined; that the final accounting be approved; that the property of the Decedent subject to the jurisdiction of this Court be distributed; and that the Special Administrators be discharged, and for other relief as prayed for in said Petition, which Petition you may refer to for further particulars.

An undivided 1/5 interest in an undivided 10% interest in an undivided one-half (1/2) interest in the oil, gas and other minerals in and under the NE/4 of Section 25, Township 19 North, Range 15 West, Dewey County, OK

The above-named Decedent died on the 8th day of March, 2025, at which time the address of the Decedent was 3029 Middle Street, Sullivans Island, SC 29482.
Pursuant to an Order of said Court, notice is hereby given that the 4th day of February, 2026, at the hour of 9:00 o’clock A.M. in the Courtroom of the undersigned Judge, or the Judge to whom this cause is assigned on said date, in the Dewey County Courthouse in the City of Taloga Oklahoma, has been appointed as the time and place for hearing said Petition and considering all relief prayed for in the Petition presented to the Court on said date. All persons interested may appear at said hearing.
Any person receiving this notice, or any interested party may file objections to the Petition at or before the final hearing. All objections to the Petition and/or any relief requested must be made in writing, with such objection to be filed herein, with a copy being provided to the Petitioners and the attorney for the same, and if an objection is not made within the allowed time, all persons will be deemed to have waived any objection to the Petition and the relief prayed for.
If an objection is filed on or before the hearing date the Court will determine whether summary proceedings are appropriate, and, if so, whether the Estate will be distributed and to whom the Estate will be distributed. The Special Administrators shall present the final accounting at the final hearing.
TO ALL CREDITORS OF THE ABOVE NAMED DECEDENT: All creditors having claims against the above named Decedent are required to present the same, with description of all security interest or other collateral (if any) held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the Alleman Law Firm, PLLC at the address shown below, within thirty (30) days following the filing of the Petition and Combined Notice herein, or the same will be forever barred.
