AMENDED NOTICE OF HEARING
HEARINGSTATE OF OKLAHOMA: To all persons having an interest in the above-described relief:NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Application to obtain an order authorizing the use of state funds and/or other funds to plug the above-described wells located at the above-described legal descriptions, and any other relief that the Commission deems appropriate, has been filed at the Oklahoma Corporation Commission and will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Pollution-Enforcement Docket at 8:30 a.m. on May 29, 2026.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Commission’s Oklahoma City office relocated from the Jim Thorpe Office Building to the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building located in the Capitol Complex, 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., Oklahoma City, OK, 73105. All docket calls and hearings will be conducted in Courtroom E in the basement level of the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building. Should scheduling issues for that room arise, the location may be moved to Courtroom F located next to Courtroom E, or the Concourse Theater located in the tunnel between the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and the Sequoyah Memorial Office Building, and parties will be notified.
