NOTICE OF HEARING
TO ALL PERSONS, OWNERS, PRODUCERS, OPERATORS, PURCHASERS AND TAKERS OF OIL AND GAS, INCLUDING but not limited to all persons if living or if deceased, their known and unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote of any such party, and all corporations existing and if dissolved, known and unknown successors, and all persons having an interest in the captioned land.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant requests that the Commission enter an order amending (A) an Order to issue in CD2026-000294, for the Target Mississippianand Adjacent Woodford common sources of supply in said Section 5; and (B) an Order to issue in CD2026-000521, for the Target Mississippian (less Chester) and Adjacent Woodford common sources of supply in said Section 8, Township 19 North, Range 14 West, Dewey County, Oklahoma to permit a well for such common sources of supply at the following location:
SURFACE LOCATION: Will be specified in the final order to issue in this cause.
LOCATION OF WELLBORE (LATERAL) AT SECTION 8 COMPLETION INTERVAL: The proposed location of the end points of the completion interval will be no closer than 660 feet from the South line and no closer than 1,650 feet from the East line and no closer than 0 feet from the North line and no closer than 1,650 feet from the East line of Section 8.
LOCATION OF WELLBORE (LATERAL) AT SECTION 5 COMPLETION INTERVAL: The proposed location of the end points of the completion interval will be no closer than 0 feet from the South line and no closer than 1,650 feet from the East line and no closer than 660 feet from the North line and no closer than 1,650 feet from the East line of Section 5.
LOCATION OF LATERAL WITHIN THE MULTIUNIT: No closer than 1,650 feet from the East line of said Sections 8 and 5.
All in Township 19 North, Range 14 West, Dewey County, Oklahoma.
This well is part of a multiunit – accounting for the lateral crossing of the boundary of Sections 5 and 8.
Same to be a well for the unit consisting of said Sections 5 and 8, 640-acre horizontal units by said orders which requires that the well be located as follows:
Not closer than 660 feet from the unit boundary as to the Mississippian and Mississippian (less Chester) common sources of supply; and
Not closer than 165 feet from any North/South unit boundary and not less than 330 feet from any East/West unit boundary as to the Woodford common source of supply.
The legal descriptions of the land sections adjacent to the area within which the location lies are Sections 4, 6, 7, 9, 16, 17 and 18, Township 19 North; and Sections 31, 32 and 33, Township 20 North, all in Range 14 West, Dewey County, Oklahoma. Applicant further requests that Applicant or some other party be authorized the right to drill said well. Applicant further requests that it be permitted to produce said well at said location from all common sources of supply covered hereby without any downward allowable adjustment.
Special Relief: Applicant further requests that the order to be entered in this cause may be made effective prior to the date of issuance of the order.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the hearing on the Well Location Exception is set before an Administrative Law Judge on March 3, 2026, at 8:30 a.m., at the Concourse Theater, Suite C50, Will Rogers Memorial Office Building, 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105. The Concourse Theater is located in the tunnel between the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and the Sequoyah Memorial Office Building.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the referenced hearing may be conducted via teleconference or videoconference. Instructions for participating via teleconference or videoconference are available on the Commission’s website at www.occeweb.com.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Applicant and interested parties may present testimony by telephone. The cost of telephonic communication shall be paid by the person or persons requesting its use. Interested parties who wish to participate by telephone shall contact Applicant or Applicant's attorney, prior to the hearing date, and provide their names and telephone numbers.
