NOTICE OF HEARING
TO ALL PERSONS, OWNERS, PRODUCERS, OPERATORS, PURCHASERS AND TAKERS OF OIL AND GAS, INCLUDING but not limited to all persons if living or if deceased, their known and unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote of any such party, and all corporations existing and if dissolved, known and unknown successors, and all persons having an interest in the captioned land.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission enter an order, to be effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto, as follows:
(A) Approving a multiunit horizontal well in the 640-acre horizontal drilling and spacing units formed for the Target Mississippian and Adjacent Woodford separate common sources of supply in Sections 4 and 9, Township 19 North, Range 14 West, Dewey County, Oklahoma. Applicant is proposing to drill the multiunit horizontal well involved herein at the following location:
SURFACE LOCATION: Will be specified in the final order to issue in this cause.
LOCATION OF WELLBORE (LATERAL) AT SECTION 9 COMPLETION INTERVAL: The proposed location of the end points of the completion interval will be no closer than 660 feet from the South line and no closer than 1,650 feet from the East line and no closer than 0 feet from the North line and no closer than 1,650 feet from the East line of Section 9.
LOCATION OF WELLBORE (LATERAL) AT SECTION 4 COMPLETION INTERVAL: The proposed location of the end points of the completion interval will be no closer than 0 feet from the South line and no closer than 1,650 feet from the East line and no closer than 660 feet from the North line and no closer than 1,650 feet from the East line of Section 4.
LOCATION OF LATERAL WITHIN THE MULTIUNIT: No closer than 1,650 feet from the East line of said Sections 9 and 4.
All in Township 19 North, Range 14 West, Dewey County, Oklahoma.
To be completed in and to produce hydrocarbons from the above-named separate common sources of supply, and establishing of a proper allocation factor for allocating the cost of and the production and proceeds from such multiunit horizontal well to each of the affected units covered hereby; and
(B) Granting such other and further relief as may be proper based upon the evidence presented at the hearing herein.
The legal descriptions of the land sections adjacent to the area within which the location lies are Sections 3, 5, 8, 10, 15, 16 and 17, Township 19 North; and Sections 32, 33 and 34, Township 20 North, all in Range 14 West, Dewey County, Oklahoma. Applicant further requests that Applicant or some other party be authorized the right to drill said well. Applicant further requests that it be permitted to produce said well at said location from all common sources of supply covered hereby without any downward allowable adjustment.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the hearing on the Multiunit Horizontal Well is set before an Administrative Law Judge on March 3, 2026, at 8:30 a.m., at the Concourse Theater, Suite C50, Will Rogers Memorial Office Building, 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105. The Concourse Theater is located in the tunnel between the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and the Sequoyah Memorial Office Building.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the referenced hearing may be conducted via teleconference or videoconference. Instructions for participating via teleconference or videoconference are available on the Commission’s website at www.occeweb.com and that Applicant and interested parties may present testimony by telephone. The cost of telephonic communication shall be paid by the person or persons requesting its use. Interested parties who wish to participate by telephone shall contact Applicant or Applicant's attorney, prior to the hearing date, and provide their names and telephone numbers.
