AMENDED COMBINED NOTICE

TO: All persons interested in the Estates of Robert L. Zieve and Marilyn G. Zieve, Deceased.

You are hereby notified that the Petitioner, Richard L. Zieve, filed in the District Court of Dewey County, Oklahoma, a Petition for Summary Administration. The Petitioner has alleged that Robert L. Zieve died intestate on March 28, 2015, domiciled and residing in Kerr County, Texas, that the total value of the Decedent’s property in Oklahoma is less than $200,000.00, and the only heirs, administrators, executors, devisees, and legatees of Robert L. Zieve are Marilyn G. Zieve, now deceased; Richard L. Zieve, 1928 4thAve. West, Seattle, WA 98119; and Carol Ann Towne, now deceased, c/o Andrea Sanger, 401 Colfax Ave., Clarendon Hills, IL 60514, and Jeffrey B. Towne, .300 Bridlewood N., Colleyville, TX 76034.

In regards to the Estate of Marilyn G. Zieve, you are hereby notified that the Petitioner, Richard L. Zieve, filed in the District Court of Dewey County, Oklahoma, a Petition for Summary Administration. The Petitioner has alleged that Marilyn G. Zieve died intestate on April 13, 2025, domiciled and residing in Kerr County, Texas, that the total value of the Decedent’s property in Oklahoma is less than $200,000.00, and the only heirs, administrators, executors, devisees, and legatees of Marilyn G. Zieve are Richard L. Zieve, 1928 4th Ave. West, Seattle, WA 98119; Andrea Sanger, 401 Colfax Ave., Clarendon Hills, IL 60514; Jeffrey B. Towne, .300 Bridlewood N., Colleyville, TX 76034; Richard L. Zieve, Trustee of the Testamentary Trust FBO Richard L. Zieve U/W dated May 18, 2020, 1928 4th Ave. West, Seattle, WA 98119; Richard L. Zieve, Trustee of the Testamentary Trust FBO Andrea L. Sanger U/W dated May 18, 2020, 1928 4th Ave. West, Seattle, WA 98119; and Richard L. Zieve, Trustee of the Testamentary Trust FBO Jeffrey B. Towne U/W dated May 18, 2020, 1928 4th Ave. West, Seattle, WA 98119.

All creditors having claims against the Estates of Robert L. Zieve and Marilyn G. Zieve, Deceased, are required to present the same with a description of all securities and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claims, to the Petitioner, Richard L. Zieve, c/o Timothy C. Dowd, Two Leadership Square, 211 North Robinson, Suite 1300, Oklahoma City, OK 73102, no more than thirty (30) days following the granting of the order admitting the petition and combined notice, or the same will be forever barred.

Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held on February 12, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., at the Dewey County District Courthouse, 203 Broadway St., Taloga, OK 73667, before Judge Celo Harrel. At the hearing, the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition for Summary Administration.

You are hereby advised that you must file objections to the Petition for Summary Administration and Final Account and Petition for Determination of Heirship, Distribution and Discharge at any time before the hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner, or you will be deemed to have waived any objections. If you have no objections, you do not need to appear at the hearing or make any filing with the Court.

If any objection is filed before the hearing, the Court will determine at the hearing whether the Will filed herein shall be admitted to probate, and whether the summary administration proceedings are appropriate and if so, whether the estate will be distributed and to whom.
