COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING
To: All persons interested in the Estate of Ronald Dean Fuqua, deceased.
You are hereby notified that on the 9 th day of January, 2026, the Petitioner, Ruthann Fuqua, by and through her attorney, Ashtyn Bradley Ramirez of Evans & Davis, PLLC, filed her Petition for Summary Administration Pursuant to 58 O.S. §245 and for Appointment of Special Administrator in the District Court of Dewey County.
The Petitioner has alleged that Ronald Dean Fuqua, deceased, departed this life, testate, on or about the 11 th day of June, 2024, in the City of Longview, Cowlitz County, State of Washington, and at the time of his death was a resident and citizen of Cowlitz County, State of Washington. Moreover, Petitioner has alleged that Ronald Dean Fuqua left an estate in Dewey County, State of Oklahoma, consisting of real property, the probable value of which is less than $200,000.00. Accordingly, Petitioner has asked this Court for summary proceedings pursuant to 58 O.S. §245, et seq.

Petitioner has alleged that the total value of the estate is less than $200,000.00. Since the value of the estate is less than $200,000.00, and the decedent was a resident of another jurisdiction at the time of his death, Petitioner has requested summary proceedings pursuant to 58 O.S. §245 et seq.
In an Order for Combined Notice and Order Appointing Special Administrator entered on the 5 day of February, 2026, the Court found that it should dispense with regular estate proceedings prescribed by law, order notice to creditors and issue an order for hearing upon the Petition for Summary Administration , the Final Accounting and Petition for Determination of Heirs, Devisees and Legatees and Distribution .
Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice and Order Appointing Special Administrator , all creditors having claims against Ronald Dean Fuqua, deceased, are required to present the same with a description of all security interests and other collateral, if any, held by each creditors with respect to such claim to Ruthann Fuqua, Special Administrator, at Evans & Davis, PLLC, 211 N. Broadway, Edmond, Oklahoma 73034, addressed to Ashtyn Bradley Ramirez, attorney for Special Administrator, on or before the following presentment date: March 23, 2026. If no claim is filed on or before the presentment date, such claim will be forever barred.
Notice is also hereby given that a hearing will be held on the 25 th day of March, 2026, at 9:00am, in the District Courthouse of Dewey County in Taloga, Oklahoma. At the hearing, the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition for Summary Administration , the Final Account and Petition for Determination of Heirs, Devisees and Legatees and Distribution of the Petitioner.
You are hereby advised that you may file objections to the Petition for Summary Administration , the Final Account and Petition for Determination of Heirs, Devisees and Legatees and Distribution at any time before the final hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner in the care of her attorney, Ashtyn Bradley Ramirez of Evans & Davis, PLLC, 211 N. Broadway, Edmond, Oklahoma 73034, or you will be deemed to have waived any objections. If you have no objections, you need not appear at the hearing or make any filings with the Court.
If an objection is filed before the hearing, the Court will determine at the hearing whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the Estate will be distributed and to whom the Estate will be distributed.
