NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES
Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Selma Irene Stephenson Varley, deceased, (“Decedent”) that on the 8th day of January, 2026 there was filed with the District Court of Dewey County, State of Oklahoma, an instrument purporting to be the Last Will & Testament of Selma Irene Stephenson Varley, deceased, and there was also filed with said Court the Petition of Kathy Riggspraying that said will be admitted to probate; that Kathy Riggs be appointed Personal Representative of the estate of the Decedent, to serve without bond, and that Letters Testamentary be issued; and that the heirs, devisees and legatees of the Decedent be determined.
Pursuant to an Order of this Court, notice is given that the 12th day of February, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition, at the District Courtroom in the County Courthouse located in Taloga, Dewey County, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
