NOTICE OF SALE OF LANDS IN PARTITION
TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND TO ALL PERSONS OR OTHER ENTITIES AND THEIR UNKNOWN SUCCESSORS HAVING OR CLAIMING ANY INTEREST IN THE HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED PROPERTY, WHICH SPECIFICALLY INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE ABOVE-NAMED RESPONDENTS:
NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to an Order of Sale issued by this court on the 9th day of March, 2026, in an action wherein Stuart E. Haury is the Plaintiff, where I was commanded to sell the following described real estate and premises, situated in Dewey County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
SURFACE ONLY IN AND TO:
Surface rights only in the West One-half (W/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section Twenty-five (25), Township Sixteen North (Y16N), North, Range Seventeen W.I.M., Dewey County, Oklahoma, (hereinafter referred to as the “Subject Property”).
Pursuant to a Judgement and Decree in Partition in the above-styled Court and Cause and wherein said property was appraised at the sum of $158,380.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that pursuant to said Order for Sale, I, with the assistance of Gene Cobb Auction and Realty, will offer for sale and sell for cash to the highest bidder, 10% earnest money payable to the Court Clerk of Dewey County, Oklahoma, and, if the highest bidder fails to post cash or certified funds for said earnest money to the undersigned Sheriff or Gene Cobb Auction and Realty, or the Court Clerk of Dewey County, Oklahoma, within 24 hours of the sale, excluding Sundays and legal holidays, or otherwise fails to complete the sale, the sheriff may accept the next highest bid, and the balance upon furnishing of merchantable title, at not less than two-thirds (2/3rds) of the appraised value, thereof, the above-described property on the 9th day of July 2026, at 10:00 o’clock a.m. of said date, at the Dewey County Courthouse, located at 203 Broadway, Taloga, Oklahoma 73667.
