NOTICE OF HEARING TO CONFIRM SHERIFF’S SALE
TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND TO ALL PERSONS OR OTHER ENTITIES AND THEIR UNKNOWN SUCCESSORS HAVING OR CLAIMING ANY INTEREST IN THE HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED PROPERTY, WHICH SPECIFICALLY INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE ABOVE-NAMED RESPONDENTS:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Petitioner appearing by his attorney, Anthony S. Moore of Christensen Law Group, PLLC, has filed a Motion to Confirm Sheriff’s Sale herein, seeking confirmation by the Court of the Sheriff’s Sale held in this cause on the 9th day of July, 2026, upon the following described real estate, situated in Dewey County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
SURFACE INTEREST ONLY IN AND TO:
West One-half (W/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section Twenty-Five (25), Township Sixteen (16) North, Range Seventeen (17) W.I.M., Dewey County, Oklahoma,
and that a bid of $151,000.00 was made on said real property, being more than two-thirds (2/3rds) of the appraised value and said Motion has been set for hearing on the 12th day of August, 2026, at 10:00 o’clock a.m., before the Honorable Celo Harrel, in such Judge’s courtroom at the Dewey County Courthouse, located at 203 Broadway, Taloga, Oklahoma 73667.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE to be present for said hearing at said date, time, and place and show cause, if any, why said Motion should not be sustained and said sale confirmed.
