NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRS-AT-LAW

Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Thomas Wayne Carman, Sr., Deceased, that on the 30th day of January, 2026, Thomas Wayne Carman, Jr. and Amanda Dawn Carman filed a Petition praying for Letters of Administration to be issued thereon to Thomas Wayne Carman, Jr. and Amanda Dawn Carman; that Thomas Wayne Carman, Jr. and Amanda Dawn Carman be appointed as the Personal Representatives of said estate; and that the heirs-at-law of Decedent should be judicially determined.

Pursuant to an Order of said Court, the Petition will be heard before this Court in the Courtroom, at Taloga, in said County and State, on the 26th day of February, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
