TO: Brian Allan Graham
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a petition has been filed against you in the District Court of Dewey County, Oklahoma located in Taloga, Oklahoma with an address of 203 Broadway, Taloga, Oklahoma in an action entitled Clayton Hort, Guy C. Hort, and Melissa K. Hort Overton v. Amy Dawn Graham. Shelly Ann Graham Lively, Brian Allan Graham, Board of County Commissioners of Dewey County, Oklahoma, and the Dewey County Treasurer, CV-2026-05, by Plaintiff, Clayton Hort, Guy C. Hort, and Melissa K. Hort Overton. This summons by publication is specifically directed to Brian Allan Graham, whose whereabouts are unknown.
The nature of this suit against you is an action to quiet title to the following described real property, to wit:
A ten (10) acre tract located in the South Half (S/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section Twenty-nine (29), Township Seventeen (17) North, Range Fourteen (14), described as follows: Beginning at a point 1320.0 feet South of the Northeast Corner (NEC) of Section Twenty-nine (29), Township Seventeen (17) North, Range Fourteen (14), WIM, Dewey County, Oklahoma, THENCE South 871.2 feet to a point; THENCE West 500.0 feet to a point; THENCE North 871.2 feet to a point, THENCE East 500.0 feet to a point of beginning.
Unless you answer the petition on or before April 21, 2026 (41 days from first publication on March 12, 2026), judgment will be taken in favor of Plaintiffs and against you and barring any claim you may have for title, interest, or estate in the real property.
