REPEALING PROCLAMATION

WHEREAS, on November 25, 2025, I issued a Proclamation calling for a special election submitting Ordinance No. 2026-2 to the qualified voters residing within the corporate limits of the Town of Camargo (the “Prior Proclamation”); and 

WHEREAS, it has been determined that the Resolution which accompanied the Prior Proclamation contained a clerical error and therefore, should be withdrawn and repealed to ensure clarity and accuracy in the official records of the municipality.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ________________________________, Mayor of the Town of Camargo, Oklahoma, by virtue of the authority vested in me, do hereby proclaim and order as follow

The Proclamation dated November 25, 2025 is hereby repealed and withdrawn in its entirety.

The Prior Proclamation shall have no further force or effect as of the date of this Repealing Proclamation.

The Town Clerk shall deliver a certified copy of this Repealing Proclamation shall be delivered to the Dewey County Election Board and the Town Clerk shall maintain the original in the official records of the municipality.
