RESOLUTION NO. 2026-8

A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF CAMARGO, OKLAHOMA, REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 2026-3, ADOPTED ON NOVEMBER 25, 2025; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees for the Town of Camargo previously adopted Resolution No. 2026-3 on November 25, 2025 and

WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees finds that the Resolution should be repealed due to clerical errors, and in order to clarify the municipality’s official records;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF CAMARGO, OKLAHOMA.

SECTION 1. REPEAL.

Resolution No. 2026-3, adopted on November 25, 2025, is hereby repealed in its entirety and shall have no further force or effect.

SECTION 2. RATIFICATION.

All actions previously taken in reliance upon the Prior Ordinance, to the extent not inconsistent with this Ordinance, are hereby ratified and approved.

SECTION 3. SEVERABILITY.

If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, or phrase of this Ordinance is held invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions.

SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE.

This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon adoption.
