AMENDED NOTICE OF HEARING FINAL ACCOUNT AND PETITION FOR ORDER ALLOWING FINAL ACCOUNT, DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP,
DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE
Notice is hereby given that Cheryl Witty, Personal Representative of the Estates of Wanda Lee Witty, deceased, and Harold Dean Witty, deceased, did file herein her Final Account and Petition for Order Allowing Final Account, Determination of Heirship, Distribution, and Discharge. A hearing has been fixed by the Judge of the Court for the 8th day of January, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the District Courtroom in the County Courthouse located at Taloga, Dewey County, Oklahoma, wherein all persons interested in said estate are notified to appear and show cause, if any they have, why the said Final Account should not be approved and allowed, said estate distributed, the fees, costs, and expenses of administration approved and paid, and the Personal Representative discharged.
