WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, ORDER 

WAIVING THE FILING OF AN INVENTORY AND APPRAISEMENT, 

DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND 

LEGATEES, ISSUANCE OF LETTERS TESTAMENTARY

NOW, on this 10th day of March, 2026, there having been produced in this Court an instrument purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Wanda Duffy, deceased, with a Petition praying that the Will be admitted to probate, that Sharla Seal be appointed Personal Representative of the estate, that the heirs, devisees and legatees of said decedent be determined by the Court, and that Letters Testamentary be issued to Sharla Seal.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That said Petition be and hereby is set for hearing on the 16th day of April, 2026 at 9:00 o’clock A.M., in the District Courtroom, Dewey County Courthouse, 213 S. Broadway Str., Taloga, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that notice thereof be given by publication and by mailing a copy of the Notice of Hearing Petition to all the heirs, devisees and legatees of the decedent as required by law.
