HEBARD, deceased, RUTH BROWN, deceased, EARL R. BROWN, deceased, VINCENT HOWLAND, deceased, OLETA DEMBY HOWLAND, deceased, CHARLES EARL BROWN aka EARL CHARLES BROWN, deceased, and KELLY SELINA CAMPBELL, deceased.

GREETINGS: Said Defendants are hereby notified that they have been sued in the District Court in Dewey County, Oklahoma, wherein the Plaintiff’s name is White Sail Energy, LLC, and the above-named parties in the caption of this case are Defendants, and the Plaintiff is alleging that it is the owner and in possession of certain undivided mineral interests in the following property, to wit:

Lot 4 and the East Half of the Southwest Quarter and the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter also described as the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW/4 SE/4) and the South Half of the Southwest Quarter and the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4 SE/4 and S/2 SW/4 and NE/4 SW/4 of Section 7, Township 17 North, Range 16 West, Dewey County, Oklahoma

And you, the said Defendants, are further notified that unless you answer the Petition therein on or before the 17th day of June 2026, the allegations of said petition will be taken as true and judgment determining the heirs of Thomas G. Hebard aka Thos. G. Hebard, deceased, Winifred H. Hebard, deceased, Ruth Brown, deceased, Earl R. Brown, deceased, Vincent Howland, deceased, Oleta Demby Howland, deceased, Charles Earl Brown aka Earl Charles Brown, deceased, Ruby Unibeth Brown, deceased, and Kelly Selina Campbell,, deceased will be entered, and a Decree quieting Plaintiff’s title to the above described property will be entered against each of you, the said Defendants.
